Tied to the bed (mat), help me build a temporary routine!

Hey guys! I underwent knee surgery 2 and a half weeks ago (ruptured my meniscus in 3 places) and my doctor told me I could start working out again on a mat and I should stay away from the gym atleast till my next visit on Wednesday. This means NO leg exercises for a pretty long time!

My knee about a week ago: http://i.imgur.com/9OrMt.jpg

That thing automatically moves my knee up and down up to angle of 60 degrees. Additionally I have to use a device which contracts my muscles with electric impulses and I have to wear this thing all day long: http://www.art-magazin.de/asset/Image/DESIGN/designpreis/bildstrecke/03-OttoBock_Orthese_ar.jpg

My questions: I can only lie on the mat while doing dumbbell flys, is that ok or do I have to lie on a bench (dont have one)? Are there any other chest exercises I can do? I dont think I can do dumbbell benchpress without a bench.. right? Do you guys have anymore triceps exercises or should I just do more dips?

My plan, what I had in mind:

Day 1:

3 sets pull ups x10 , 1set of negative pull ups x10

3 sets of dumbbell flys x10

3 sets of military press x10 (I dont know the proper name because Im not english/american, correct me please). I have a normal chair, not a workout chair.

3 sets of dips x10

Day 2:

3 sets of crunches x25-30 (must try how much weight I put behind my back)

3-6 sets forearm exercises

3 sets this: http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/Obliques/DBSideBend.html x12 (if possible)

(3 sets of curls x10) optional

3 sets of hammer curls x10

Day 3:

Rest

Day 4,5,... : repeat the above

Please critique my routine and add exercises I should do based on my questions and what you think is lacking in my routine!

Thanks guys!
