I want to understand my wife better can anyone help me.

My wife is 34 I'm 33 she was diagnosed bipolar several years ago and has lots of problems with panic attacks. The doctor she sees says the panic attacks are because of the bipolar. She has then when ever she works nights by herself, or (and this is the part that is hardest for me to deal with tbh) after she has a powerful or multipal orgasm. She takes a I believe its a Xanax when she has a panic attack .25mg or if its a really bad one she'll take .5mg I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this and if mabey you can give me ideas or tips to help her or even to feel like its ok to have sex knowing that it might lead to her having an attack. Her attacks are normally just a overwhelming fear with her hard racing. When they are really bad she has pain in her chest and arms numbness and lots of other signs of a heart attack. She was told by the doctor that's caused by her hyperventilating during the attack when its really bad. Really I guess I just feel really lost and I know she does too so thanks for your time reading this.
