Studio monitors

I'd like to buy a set of studio monitors somewhere around 500 EUR (~ US $650).

I'm thinking about a pair of M-Audio Studiophile DSM2 (brief: active, 180W, class D, nearfield); does anyone have any experience with them or have any other recommendation?
