There is a man who lives by ours called Joe he's been here for about 3 months but he's a pain in the ass. He's got a megaphone tied to a stick in his garden and it's hooked up to a CD player where he plays Euro 2012 England songs. He's currently modified his front by drilling a gate onto his bay-area in which he grows plants and hidden in the normal plants he's growing weed. He hates his next door neighbour and knows she comes home from work around 10pm, he greets her by opening his front door saying what happened in the soaps then closing his door. He's funny as fuck but this is the best, he's got a dog now, after his feud began with... everybody, you know what he called it? AAAAAAAAAAARRRGHHHHHH he called his dog an actual scream so when he screams he's calling his dog & annoying his neighbours lol What a guy. He's done loads more but I forget half of them.
