Wondering why nobody is farming festering woods anymore?

So it seems that everyone is just doing warden/butcher runs with a ton of specials, but what people forget, i think, is that ilvl has nothing to do with NV or MF. So i decided to go back to an old farming spot which is the top dungeon in festering woods. There's a checkpoint inside and an easy specialpack. I get roughly 4 63 rares an hour, which seems to be a lot more than on warden/butcher. I can fill my inventory with 61+ items, half of them rares in 20 minutes, which also gives a bucketload of mats. Try it out, has worked well for me so far. I currently do it with 200% MF. The trick is to only pick ilvl 61+ items up (:
