A weird itchy-burning rash on my neck and arms.

Recently, I got this itchy- burning rash on my neck. I was treating it with lamisil because I had gotten something similar in the same area about 2 years ago. That did not work and the rash spread to my whole neck area, arms and face. There was also some The doctor, who is not dermatologist, put me on cephalexin 500 mg and ketoconazole 200 mg for 10 days. During the treament I started shedding skin like a sunburn but the rash had reduced or a part of it.

Being that the rash was not gone completely, I went back and the doctor put me back on Ketoconazole 200 mg and Ketoconazole 2% cream for 10 more days.

It has been 4 days since that visit and the rash is still spreading. Actually, today I went out for a walk mid-day, it was about a mile or so and hot, now I feel my arm, neck and face are burning and red like a sunburn. I do not know what it, can someone help me please? It is becoming really annoying to say the least and with no insurance a doctors visit without an idea has been costly.
