Does anyone have a recipe for a single cookie?

Preferably chocolate chip: I juts want to stir a few ingredients together (Obviously very small amounts, 1 tablespoon of flour, etc.) and plop the result on a tray and cook it to make one cookie. Does anyone know a recipe or a source that could provide this? Thanks, Alex.
