Wallet turned into APD.

I saw a homeless guy throwing a bunch of things out of a backpack on barton springs road this afternoon. I noticed he dropped a wallet and so I jumped out grabbed the wallet and called the cops. They didn't arrest the guy because by the time they got there they couldn't really prove anything. If anyone knows Ren Jones that it looks like goes to Angelo State.. the APD has her wallet. Let her know.
