Question!

I've come back to this game from about a 2 year absence, which was caused by bordom. My character is level 51 and has roughly 40 in all combat skills and no other skills leveled besides level 49 crafting. (I Like to spin flax xD). I just went back on today and bought myself a set of rune, and went out and killed some hill giants... then I realized, that without being much much much higher level I won't get any good loot drops, and that's what keeps me in games is the loot drops. Is there any way for me to find fun in this game if I can't bring myself to level on boring mobs or do quests?
