Which would you say are the most influential theses written on architecture?

What comes to my mind are obviously Venturi's Complexity and Contradiction, as well as Moshe Safdie's master's thesis as a student at McGill University in Montreal, that ended up with the construction of Habitat 67.

But what other theses would you say are influential or have influenced you personally? I try to distinguish here between theses with structured research and an argument, and just general works describing how an architect or person feels about architecture.

EDIT: Haven't read Koolhaas' Delirious New York, as I've never been too interested in him, but if people feel strongly about it I'd love to hear their views.

Also wondering if anyone has read Peter Eisenman's theses whilst at Cambridge university?
