Will there be free server transfers in the stress test?

Hi!

Basically, my problem is, I was travelling during BWE2, and decided to sign up on a European server to minimize lag. Back in the States, I fear that I'll be stuck on that server for the four hours.

So, any chance on a free transfer? Was there one last time? If not, how bad would this make my playtime?
