80 dollar SE Draft opportunity...

So, my friend wants to sell me this bike for 80 dollars. I plan on tearing it down for a new build. Usable parts include: frame, wheels and hub, Tektro brakes, new chain, and very new looking Origin8 riser bars. I can't see how it's not worth 80, but give me opinions, FGB...
