Can I run this?

Hello everyone, I have been doing a lot of research on DayZ and Arma II. So far, I can tell I can run Arma II but not Operation Arrowhead. Arma II can run on minimum settings. Can I get by playing DayZ like this? The only thing wrong with my computer is the CPU speed. Any suggestions?
