Comparing Ranked Elo to Normal Elo

Recently found this site LOLMatches It claims to log your normal game Elo direct from Riot using their program. Seems legit to me, tell me if I'm wrong.

I have always noticed a bit of a skill difference between my normal mode games and ranked games. Players in my normal games having a significantly higher level of mechanical skill while at the same time seeming to not care as much.(essentially balancing out how hard it is to win in each mode)

According to 'LOLMatches' my normal Elo is 1440 with a recent high of 1604. My ranked Elo is currently 1365 with a recent high of 1417. A pretty significant number difference between the two. I am wondering how these numbers compare to the community.

Post your ranked and normal Elo's. If you are still in placement(say, less than 50 ranked wins) please mention that fact. Just trying to get an idea of how the two Elo scores compare.
