Reddit, I want to convince a friend that his college is rescinding his acceptance. How can I convincingly do this?

So, I have a friend attending UVA next year (supposedly on a full ride scholarship). I want to do something that'll make him flip the fuck out - messing with his head regarding college seems to be the way to go. Basically, I want to create a letter informing him that his scholarship has been withdrawn, his acceptance was accidental, or something similarly earth-shattering. Could you people help out with constructing an authentic sounding letter?
