[Wizard] Passive skills working with +% elemental damage

I am just writing a short post to say that the +% fire damage from the Tal rasha set works with conflagration, but from what I have tested it only works with spectral blades, as this has no damage type of its own.

I checked through the other wizard spells for something similar but they all have damage types associated with them, the few other spells that I tested with a damage type (Ray of frost and shock pulse) seemed to not give the bonus from conflagration.

I was wondering if someone with a bit more time (and the two set tal rashas bonus) could test some more spells?

Edit: I have noticed that killing blows with different types of elemental damage have different animations, and I have definately seen shock pulse kill a mob and it die with the poison damage death animation from the Tal rasha amulet I have, so it is very possible I am mistaken in saying the elemental damage does not apply, but I have not seen it triggering conflagration in my tests.
