Question about asos shipping (specifically to Canada)

Hey ladies,

After hearing so much about asos.com, I decided to visit the site. It's awesome! Browsed the site for a while, found a dress that I really liked, on sale too, and decided to order it (free shipping woo!).

It said it would arrive in 6-8 days, however, it has now been well over two weeks. I live in south-eastern Ontario, Ottawa-Gatineau region. Has anyone else experienced this? What was their shipping like to other regions of Canada? I hate to think it has gotten lost somewhere, or it was delivered while I was out and someone stole it! :c If that is the case, though, is there anyone I can contact about it?
