Muscles contract and feel satisfied but no peak of orgasm? Help...

Okay I really hope I am submitting this correctly, and thank you anyone who reads this post.

21F here and I've had an SO (M) for almost a year now. He's my first and only partner.

I am submitting this because there is a post very much like this but my problem is a little different because I CAN orgasm from masturbation (usually 2-3 before I stop, too), I just don't during sex except for ONE time. This whole time I thought I just had two different types of orgasms, but after reading that similar post I'm not so sure. I have told this to my gyno and she had no idea.

Basically it feels awesome the whole time, and towards the end I will get the muscle contractions and more wet. It is everything that happens when I orgasm EXCEPT the peak. The only time I fully orgasmed during sex was early in our relationship when he said something really lovey that set me off mentally because I instantly had an incredible orgasm.

But for every other time we have incredible sex but I have "fake" orgasms. At least orgasms with no actual peak, just muscle contractions and everything and I am left feeling satisfied.

I know these fake orgasms are in some way different from not having an orgasm at all. In the very beginning I didn't orgasm at all and was still very horny afterward. Sometimes even now during quick sessions I don't have real or "fake" orgasms and I'm left wanting more, too. With the fake orgasms I am at least left satisfied.

We both communicate what we want in bed, and by all means it is fantastic. I'm just confused as to what is happening with my body! Am I just having two types of orgasms or what is going on?
