Someone changed my userID!!

At first I take this seriously (for some reason), I take her name down, her userID, asking her questions on how she knew her userID was changed then she says "Yeah, they changed it to all caps!" this is when my pen drops and I rub my temples.

"Nope, that was just an email saying your account has been updated in the financial system"
