5 days max thus far

Hi nofap brethren and sisteren,

Been on nofap for over a month now but cannot seem to make it past 5 days without a reset. Seems like I am good and disciplined throughout the week but then when a little freedom comes on the weekend then I relapse. Any suggestions?
