8 Man Premades - Will there be enough teams?

I forsee about 10 teams in total from imperial and republic combined. My reasoning is that you need 8 people on at the same time to que, OUTSIDE from raid times. I have a gut feeling that many teams will share players to fill ques since there are no set-in-stone team charters. After maybe 1 month of ranked warzones, many of the teams getting farmed by the better teams might stop queing. I do like the ELO rating system in which teams of similar rating will verse each other, but will there really be enough 8man teams without cross server? If the subscription numbers pick back up now that there is an actual population, maybe things will get better. I haven't thought things through all the way, but this is what I feel will happen. What do you predict will happen?

Edit: You will be able to que unranked warzones while in que for ranked warzones. What this means is that if you have 4 people in a unranked game, as soon as the que pops for ranked warzones, you either take it or lose rating. If you take this que, you just gauranteed a loss for the unranked match even if you were winning because now you are -4 players.
