What do you think, would it be awesome if Nintendo re-released vintage consoles? (first post)

So, my xbox has been broken and I've been playing a lot N64 recently. Along with some Wii and some of the downloadable NES/SNES games. My SNES is broken (literally) and my NES freezes, always.

I was thinking how awesome it would be if Nintendo re-released their vintage consoles: NES, SNES, Gameboy(s), etc. They could totally market them as "vintage" or "retro" or whatever, but I think a lot of people would be into it. I know I would. Playing the games on Wii just isn't the same.

What do you guys think?
