JB tv2 or mac mini for media

So I apologize if this is posted in the wrong area, but I have been searching all day and couldn't find a clear answer on which I should go with. I'm not liking watching movies/ tv just on my laptop. Options:

• mac mini + airport express
• jailbroken tv2 + airport extreme (or express) Both will be controlled from my macbook

What I'll be using it for:

• streaming videos and tv (either thru netflix, HBOgo, torrents, xbmc)
• airplay (mainly for music, but sometimes mirroring)
• occasionally using a web browser

Any input would be appreciated. Also, if this isn't suppose to be posted here, let me know.
