Does anyone else have minor hallucinations after playing MC for extended periods of time?

I've played minecraft for about 5 hours straight now, and now I'm on reddit, my brain is tingling, and when I see boxes and comment threads, they appear to go back into the monitor, as if they have depth and are breakable boxes. When I see walls and doors, I feel as if I can break them, and that they are made of blocks.

Note that this has happened before, around 2 years ago when I played on the PC, I played with a friend for around 6-8 hours. Same effect, except stronger.

TL;DR: Does anyone else see real life objects as if they are made of "blocks" after 5-10 hours of straight gameplay?
