So, what all did you do today?

It seems that reddit finds fellow redditors interesting. The 'Who are you' thread took off well, so I've decided to take it one step further for those who will participate. Post a semi-fairly detailed outline of what happened & what you did today. Let's see where this leads. I'll go first.

: My day started out earlier than I thought it should. Today was the day my wife and I had to go pick up our kids from their weeklong vacation at my moms. I had my coffee, verified the time & place with my mom, and shortly after that we embarked on a 3 hour drive. I had a book with me that I found fascinating, it was Dawkins "The Greatest Show on Earth", but as interesting as it was it nearly put me into a coma. We stopped for a drink. Driving more...then we arrived on schedule. My mom was there, with my niece, nephew, & my kids. I decided to troll my niece (in Target) by loudly announcing to her (she's 13) that I wasn't sure where the teenage sized diapers were but she'd better find some because she didn't have any more clean clothes with her. That statement got me smacked in the head with a rubber stretchy ball that ricocheted off and landed in the lower compartment of a nearby lady's shopping cart. She didn't notice. We didn't tell her. We all said our goodbyes and came back home. We were lazy while the kids were gone. We spent our time at the movies, going places...things we normally wouldn't do. One of the things we didn't do was laundry. After noticing the pile I decided to hit the laundromat with it. There was a haitian woman at the laundromat that had FOUR boobs. Two were in front, two were in back. She ran over her foot with a cart full of wet clothes, ripping her flipflop off. I almost choked with laughter. I went to my new business location & checked the mail - license was in it. Yay. Will be opening soon. Tomorrow we'll be grilling at the lake with the inlaws. Jalapeno burgers. Oh yeah.
