I'm visiting Memphis (7/11) & Nashville (7/12) but I need suggestions on food/places to visit that I cannot miss out on. Please help!

As the title reads, I will be visiting Memphis and Nashville in July but I'm not really familiar with either city beyond work related events. Can you guys please tell me about places to visit and food that I simply cannot miss out on? If the venues can accommodate to a group up to twelve people without notification it's a plus though not necessary.
