Military guy looking for a little help/motivation

I'm a 26 year old male in USAF, a veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan. I was recently diagnosed generalized anxiety and PTSD. Smoking has been my vice since I was 16. But my body has worn thin and with a heart attack scare last week, it's time to stop. At the advice of another redditor I changed the title of this to seek more attention. This sub reddit and my wife are the ones to get me through this and so far I'm 24 hours down.
