[TOMT] [BOOK] Looking for a book I read in elementary school.

My teacher brought in his daughter's library to share with the class. I picked up this one book that had me very interested. This dates back to 2001, so it's not newer than that.

It's about a boy who lives in this house, everything was perfect until he realized he lived in a world where time stood still.

I believe the book has a blue cover, when there's a person running through a door. The book is probably 300+ pages.

This is a long shot, but maybe someone knows.
