What's your favorite night-running gear?

I've been thinking about doing some actual night runs lately, but I don't really know what to wear. I run primarily on a pedestrian/bike trail, so cars aren't a huge concern, but I'd still like to wear some visibility gear and get a decent light source. Can the night runners out there recommend me some good (preferably cheap, cos I'm poor) night gear?
