Looking for some assistance connecting NXT to ROS

Hey -

I'm pretty new to robotics, but not to CS. I'm trying to get ROS to talk to my NXT, but hit a roadblock when installing the necessary packages. I've been using this tutorial (amongst others), but when I got to the following command, it looks like it's no longer in that location:

rosinstall ~/nxtros /opt/ros/cturtle "http://www.ros.org/wiki/nxt/Installation?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=nxt-0.1.0.rosinstall"

I get the following message:

ERROR in config: Is not a local file, nor able to download as a URL [http://www.ros.org/wiki/nxt/Installation?action=AttachFile&do=get&target=nxt-0.1.0.rosinstall]: HTTP Error 404: NOT FOUND

Has anyone come across this or know when I can get this file in another location.
