2 QB draft strategies?

I'm part of an 8 man league which has a second spot for an offensive player utility position which can be any of QB/WR/RB. I'm assuming this should be a QB so I'm trying to figure out if I should go QB heavy early or since I'm likely to have a top 4 pick, take a stud RB and then try and get a solid QB on the snake pick back.

Any suggestions to those who have been involved in this kind of draft in the past?
