R/Fantasy Football, this year I am the commissioner for the first time. Do you all have any tips or dos/don'ts?

I am a manager at a restaurant and I decided it would be cool if 11 of us made a league. I told them I would be running it, and they were all excited. This will be my third year doing fantasy but my first being the commish. Do you all have any tips on how to make this a smooth and successful year for all of us? There are 11 of us and we are going through ESPN. I did the standard point system that the site gave, and with a 50 dollar buy-in. Thoughts? Thank you!
