looking for the creepy computer anime

A while back i watched this anime were a middle/high school girl decided to follow her father's foot steps and study computers. There are about 1314 episodes to my knowledge. Each episode begins with static screen and laughing of an insane guy, going like "Episode 1: ___" LOLOLOL. I made a mental note of hearing the telephone poles's static and it always have a unsettling atmosphere. Once it hit's like episode 45 the girl surpasses her father in knowledge of computers. She has multiple scenes of her covered in wires and even have a few electrodes on ever now and again. Mind you this is only about half of the story, the other half is a gang of computer hackers/experts. I don't remember the details about them, all i really remember is one is a milf and they killed a guy that wanted to join them.

Any ideas?
