Reddit, I need a new car in Maryland and I'm broke as a joke with shit credit. Can anyone help?

I'm starting my life on my own in Baltimore! I moved here from Philadelphia about 6 months ago, I have a decent full-time job, steady income and a steady place to live.

My big stick in the mud was my car, a Honda Civic. I dragged my feet (my fault) and waiting until this month to start to get my car in order. It had insurance, but the pesky fucker wouldn't pass inspection. I should have gotten temporary tags, but I thought it'd be no big deal.

My car got towed tonight by Philly PD because of my expired everything. I need a usable car, or pointed in the right direction to get a working car in Baltimore. Can you help, good people of Reddit?
