What is the worst ethical dilemma you can think of?

Here's mine:

Someone kidnaps me and a child, maybe 8 or 10 years old. Brings us somewhere, points a gun at us, and says, "Have sex with this kid or I kill you both."

More fucked up: It's you and your younger brother or sister.

Even more fucked up: It's you and your kid.
