My problem with Pulsefire Ezreal

I don't know how to buy RP with my debit card. It's the only thing I can do bar literally throwing money at RIOT but I don't know how to use it to buy RP. It's not a chequing account so I don't know how to get it on paypal, and I'm not sure how else I can buy RP.

Any help?
