I need loan for school starting in Sept and I was just rejected by OSAP (CANADA)

I need a Loan for $5000. I have bad credit and no co-signer at all. I was just rejected by OSAP because of high debt ($3000) I seriously have no idea what to do anymore because any bank loan requires decent credit with savings or a co signer and I have no one to co sign because either high debt, bad credit, or welfare...

I really want to go to college because I've been a drop out for 2 years and I was actually accepted into a program I enjoy this year.

Anyone have any idea what to do? I'm very desperate.
