Im thinking of buying a home on a large property and renting out a big "garage" for events..good or bad Idea?

I am a chef and would cater. Im not sure of laws and insurance and all that. If you have done or know anything about this I`d like to hear what you have to say. Its all just an idea for now Thanks!
