Riot We Absolutely Need This.

What we need is your ELO to go based on individual performance. So it's not possible to have your ELO be brought down by trolls that could careless about their ELO and with only being able to win 16 ELO points per match, it makes it pretty hard to get out of the "troll" range of ELO.

I'm sure this has been considered and I'm curious why this hasn't been implemented.
