I had a dream within a dream

Ok I had this wired dream that I thought I should share. So I had a dream that I was jumping in my pool. When I am normally jumping in a pool I think about flying as high as possible. I then start to fly quite a distance high and immediately realise that I am in a lucid dream (didn't even prepare for this) then I start to shoot fire put of my hands. But then I fall into the water. I try again and I don't fly at all this time even though I knew I was in a lucid dream. Oh and also the day before I had a dream where I was driving a car from the back seat and I didn't realise that it was a lucid dream (I can't drive). What I think happened was that I woke up while flying and went down a dream layer. I was still aware I was in a dream but could not do anything
