Mixed signals, what should I do?

Hey!

So me and this girl, lets call her X, we've known each other for 3 years now. At first we liked each other but things didn't work out because I didn't know how to escalate kino. So I eventually got friend zoned. We stayed close friends.

One day she asked me to come over and help her with physics. We didn't actually study, but instead watch tv. While watching tv, we began to hold hands. I shrugged it off as nothing since she's the flirty type.

Yesterday she invited me to go to a movie for her, her sister and her sister's boyfriend. I accepted and went with her. During the movie we held hands for most of it, but I decided I would try to put my arm around her. Strangely she declined.

Please AskSeddit, what should I do? I'm thinking of asking her to come over and making a move (kiss on the cheek), but I'm not completely sure if shes actually interested :(. I know she has a crush on someone(source:Tumblr) but I don't know if its me.
