WHAT IS THIS CARTOON?!

Okay, so when I was little my favorite show was (I'm almost 99% sure) and Hanna Barbera cartoon. I cannot for the life of me remember the name. Google doesn't even have an answer. It was about a vampire and a little girl. The little girl was really happy and I THINK she had brown hair. The vampire was a cartoony version of Dracula. Can my fellow redditors give me the answer?
