(Spoilers all) Who would win in a free for all melee containing all named characters?

Everyone who has a name counts, and it's them in optimal condition, though in their most referred to state if at all possible. So for example; Selmy would be himself when we first see him, old but still a very capable fighter. Jaime has both hands, Rhaegar was him at the trident and so on. Alliances are allowed, everyone gets a horse and their choice of weapons/armour, no ranged weapons obviously. No heraldry. No animals (dragons, direwolves), other than the horses. Only one person may win, you may lose by dying, yielding, or becoming incapacitated. The prize is 1 million dragons.
