The rocks are deadly. Has this happened to any of you?

I was at Black Lake after paying my first visit to the airstrip near by. My friend on Skype told my that there was a chance a could find a car there so I checked the place out. When I was walking down to the lake I thought I heard a honk from I car. But at that moment my character gets stuck in a rock and I can't move. I start going prone and standing up again. I started slowly "floating" out of the rock. This went on for a minute or so. I was at the edge of the rock and I thought I would get loose from this hellish thing. No, I sank into the ground as my character screamed and my foot broke and I and I started to bleed. But at that moment I had already gone below 0 blood. This is sad because I lost my hard earned items and lost my chance to walk down the east coast for the first time. Has this happened to any of you guys? Would like to know if this is a recognized problem or not.
