Tremolo on Jazzmaster adjustment when adding new strings?

Hey all, if you've seen in my recent posts, I have gotten a Fender Blacktop Jazzmaster. I bought new strings for it and now it is stuck in the up postion (it swivels up and down). I put in .11 Ernie Ball strings. If anyone can tell me what to do, that be great. thanks!
