Help choosing new Rig

Not sure if this is the right place and its probably not but I can't find any reddit that this fits in. I'm looking to purchase a new computer, now I'm not looking to spend too much money and I'm not really expecting much of a machine out of this, just enough to cover my needs. I'm looking for a good desktop computer to mainly stream my huge collection of movies and videos (all purchased legally ofcourse), have enough memory to store. Only other thing ill really use it for is browsing the web and possibly playing music. Once again if this is in the wrong place I'm sorry and would appreciate if you pointed me in the right direction.
