when did you start wearing maternity clothing? any hints for a bumper who is too small for maternity but too big for regular clothing?

Hey ladies!! I have grown out of most of the clothing I have . I officially have no pants that fit without a hair tie holding them together. I have been living in a-line dresses. I still just feel fat and not pregnant. I'm only three months and want to hold off on buying maternity.. I feel I should mention that I was a bit chubby before I got pregnant, I feel like I'm just packing on fat with no bump. Any advice?
