How Does Penn State Move Forward After the Scandal?

Since the trial of Sandusky ended with a conviction on 45 of the 48 charges (thank goodness), we can hope the victims will get some sense of relief. The trial of Curley and Shultz is now on the way and civil cases will follow.

While none of this undoes the damage done to the victims, they no longer have to suffer in silence and can seek whatever help they need to heal and move on after their heart-breaking ordeal.

This topic has been posted and re-posted since this tragedy came to light in November last year, but for the sake of dialogue, I wish to post it again.

How will Penn State move forward after this horrible scandal? What can the University and/or PSU community do promote healing?
