Any academic advisors out there? I need guidance.

A few months ago, I posted some personal information in /r/anxiety with the intention of reaching out to others who could relate to the difficulties through which I struggled. I greatly appreciate the support and kindness I was shown in that thread, so much so that I thought of you guys once again as I've been trying to figure out my next step.

After nearly two years of learning to manage and overcome my problems with anxiety, I think I'm ready to return to school and resume pursuing my academic career. But I feel like a major obstacle is in my way: my grades. I failed my final two semesters and I can't imagine any school accepting a transfer with such a low GPA.

After all of the hard work I devoted to my studies in high school and my first three years at Vassar, is community college really my only option?
