[TOMT] Children's Show.

I am looking for a children's show that aired in the early 2000's. From what I remember, the show had segments of unrelated topics. One segment had two talking lemurs. Another had "Cliffhanger", a cartoon man that was always dangling over a cliff. Finally, there was a private eye potato. I would like to know the name of the show so I can watch it again for nostalgia. Thanks in advance!
